At present, the main problem of multi-pass welding for medium and thick plate is: with the increase of welding layers, the actual situation of groove is more and more different from the predicted state, and the current welding robot cannot give feedback to this change in time. When the welding is carried out to a certain extent, the pre-set welding process and welding track can no longer adapt to the actual welding state of the current workpiece, resulting in the welding can not continue. In addition, in the welding process of medium thick plate, the actual position of the welding seam of the workpiece may have a large deviation, and the thermal deformation in the welding process will also have an impact on the position of the welding seam.

Multi-layer and multi-channel laser welding seam tracking and detection system, which adopts laser vision sensor with large depth of field, realizes:
