Participate in the 7th China International Robot Exhibition

The 7th China International Robot Exhibition, which our company participated in from July 4 to 7, 2018, has come to a successful conclusion. With the theme of "Artificial Intelligence, The Future is coming", the exhibition will cooperate with domestic and overseas robot industry organizations to build the first national exhibition platform of the whole robot industry chain in China. It is one of the four major robot exhibitions in the world. More than 300 enterprises from 13 countries and regions, including China, Japan, Germany, France, the United States, Italy, Switzerland, The Republic of Korea and Taiwan, participated in the exhibition, which covered 38,000 square meters. It covers artificial intelligence technologies and products such as industrial robots, special robots and service robots. It is the largest professional exhibition of robot industry chain in China this year.

Our company has a number of 3D laser welding seam tracking sensors and intelligent arc welding robot, which have become a highlight of this exhibition. According to different applicable scenes, we provide different welding solutions, among which RT-GV2 is used for deep groove weld with an average depth resolution of 0.02mm and an average horizontal resolution of 0.05mm. Rt-mv1 is suitable for multi-layer and multi-channel welding, with an average depth resolution of 0.05mm and an average horizontal resolution of 0.18mm. Rt-sv1 is suitable for joint use with robots, with an average depth resolution of 0.03mm and an average horizontal resolution of 0.05mm. All indicators have reached the higher level in the industry.

With the rapid development of China's industrial robot market, the sales growth has reached a record high, ranking first in the world in annual sales for the fifth consecutive year. According to preliminary statistics of CRIA and IFR, the sales volume of China's industrial robot market continued to grow in 2017, with a total sales volume of 141,000 units, up 58.1% year on year, the highest growth rate ever recorded. Among them, 37,800 domestic robots were sold, up 29.8% year-on-year. Sales of foreign-funded robots reached 103,000 units, up 71.9 percent year on year. Compared with the previous year, the sales growth of domestic industrial robots was basically stable, while the sales growth of foreign brands accelerated significantly. Foreign-funded robots accounted for 73.2 percent of total sales, 5.9 percentage points higher than the previous year. The vision system independently developed by our company, as the core part of the robot, is favored by many robot manufacturers. It is expected to take advantage of the rapid development of the industrial robot market and make the robot more intelligent.
