Adjust the Angle of the line gun, and make the welding gun at an Angle of 60° from the tangent of the circumference to avoid the phenomenon of arc deviating from the axis. The influence of the extended length of the welding wire is very sensitive in high-speed welding. The length change of 3 ~ 5mm and the current change of 30 ~ 50A will make the weld width and width different. The extended length of the welding wire should be strictly controlled.
